How is the Tantra Chair shipped?

The Tantra Chair is shipped via freight company. The box we use is completely unmarked for your privacy and the delivery company will call you to set up a convenient delivery time once it reaches your city.

Is there a warranty that comes with the Tantra Chair?

Yes, the Tantra Chair has a lifetime warranty on any manufacturing defects. We have a very detailed manufacturing process and exceptional quality control. To date, we have not experienced a defect.

What is your return policy?

A return shipment must be arranged within seven days of receipt of the chair. A full refund will be granted for the product but shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Cancellations

If you should decide to cancel an order after it has been placed and before you have received it, a 15% charge back fee will be applied. These fees go directly to the credit card processing companies and not to Zen By Design.
